Clara + Connor’s SoCal Modern Eclectic Wedding – The Fig House – Paige McKenzi Photography

Clara + Connor hired me for their colorful wedding at The Fig House that, even though is located in the heart of LA, was quaint, very quiet and the perfect hidden gem for a wedding. The venue is known for their eclectic vibes, perfect for a vibrant wedding. The furniture is unique and bright, the rugs are detailed, and the artwork had every color of the rainbow. The reception area felt like a secluded courtyard surrounded by tall trees.

The couple started the day off with a first look that led into formals, family photos and wedding party photos all before the ceremony started. By that time, guests had started arriving and the reception area was almost completely setup. The ceremony was happy and full of smiles! Afterwards, mocktail hour (there was no alcohol at this wedding) buzzed until dinner was ready. The reception consisted of toasts, a cake cutting and first dances. They ended the night with a lovely sparkler exit!

I thoroughly enjoyed taking photos for Clara and Connor, as they are the kindest people who had an amazing vision for their day and executed it very well. Hope you enjoy looking through their photos! Keep an eye out for the cake and florals that are just to die for!
